Healthy Choco-monkey Oatmeal

- 1/3 cup regular oats (not instant) shopping list
- one 25 calorie packet diet hot cocoa mix shopping list
- 1/2 medium banana, mashed shopping list
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon (or to taste) shopping list
- 1 no-calorie sweetner packet (or honey) shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare oats as directed on package. In a bowl mix cocoa, cinnamon, sweetener, and salt. Add 1/4 cup hot water and stir thoroughly. Add in oats and mashed banana to cinnamon mixture, mix well.

- 185 calories
- 2g fat
- 137mg sodium
- 37g carbs
- 5g fiber
- 6.5g protein
