Barfing Pumpkin Candy Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs. white chocolate

1 cup or more M&Ms - Halloween colors if you can find them

1/2 c. Craisins

2 c, candy corn

1 1/2 c. broken small pretzels

1/2 c. cashews

Plus extra of all of the above to sprinkle on afterward.

Directions

Melt white chocolate according to package directions. In the meantime, spray Pam on 2 cookie sheets and then sprinkle evenly all of the above ingredients, but the white chocolate.

Once white chocolate is melted, pour evenly over both sheets. Using a small plastic bag, insert your hand into and butter the the palm of your hand on the outside of the bag. Moving quickly, mix the white chocolate and the other ingredients together and spread evenly on pans.

Once it is spread out well, sprinkle additional M&Ms, Craisins, candy corn, pretzels, and cashews over the top and press lightly into the still-soft white chocolate. Let sit until the candy is completely set. Break up to serve. Store in sealable plastic bag.

For a fun presentation, carve a craft pumpkin into a bafing pumpkin face and serve. See picture.
