Cider Pan Gravy Recipe
Serve this warm over your favorite meat or stuffing and/or side dish.Great over pork and chicken. Done on the Rachael Ray show. Delicious!

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 2 Tbs flour
  • 1 c chicken stock
  • 1/2 c apple cider
  • 1 Tbs grainy mustard,optional
  • 3 to 4 sprigs thyme,leaves picked and chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Place a medium pot over med-high heat with the butter. sprinkle the flour over the melted butter and cook about 1 min.
  2. Whisk the stock and cider into the mixture and bring up to a bubble. Add the mustard,if using,thyme and season with salt and pepper. Simmer till thickened,4 to 5 mins.
