Cider Pan Gravy

- 2 Tbs butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs flour shopping list
- 1 c chicken stock shopping list
- 1/2 c apple cider shopping list
- 1 Tbs grainy mustard,optional shopping list
- 3 to 4 sprigs thyme,leaves picked and chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place a medium pot over med-high heat with the butter. sprinkle the flour over the melted butter and cook about 1 min.
- Whisk the stock and cider into the mixture and bring up to a bubble. Add the mustard,if using,thyme and season with salt and pepper. Simmer till thickened,4 to 5 mins.
