If you like fried ham, this turned out pretty tasty last night!

Ingredients
  • One Ham Steak
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Melt butter and mix ingredients in fry pan until blended on medium heat.
  2. Cook the ham steak for 8 minutes on each side.
