Ingredients

1 cup Garbanzo beans, aka chic peas, rinsed and drained

1 cup Kidney beans, light, rinsed and drained

1 cup Wax beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup GOOD ham, julienned

1 cup cubed Swiss cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh, no seeds

1 tablespoon dill weed

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a bowl, combine all rinsed beans.

In a separate bowl,mix all other ingredients,except salt and pepper.

Fold both mixtures together.

Taste.

Add salt and pepper to taste and to your liking.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Really different and yummy side dish.

This I've got to try! I was going to post my bean salad recipe last night but a similar one was already posted, so now yours caught my attention. In my head, I couldn't get past the oil/vinegar dressing from my recipe, but the more I read yours, I knew I had to try it. It sounds delicious. Thanks for posting.
