How to make it

  • Method: Chill type.
  • In a bowl, combine 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, dates and walnuts. Stir in cream; mix thoroughly. Shape into a 14-inch x 3-inch log. Roll in remaining crumbs.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Slice; garnish with Cool Whip if desired.
  • Diabetic Friendly
  • Serving size: 1 slice
  • Calories per serving: 275, Fat: 8g, Cholesterol: 30mg, Sodium: 110mg, Carbohydrate: 38g
