Great evening appetizer if you don't want to cook or have a evening breakfast meal.. try this one.. easy an so good.. I get this at a little restaurant over in Texas.. I just love this stuff...

Ingredients
  • Cooked shrimp
  • tortilla chips
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • sliced jalapeno peppers
  • lettuce shredded into small pieces
  • pico de gallo
  • Guacamole
  • sour cream

Directions
  1. cook your shrimp for this dish here are some ways to do so:
  2. you can grill them on the grill/pit with butter and garlic
  3. or
  4. you can saute' them which I do for quick dish
  5. one small skillet add some butter about 2 tablespoos
  6. 1 clove of garlic mashed add to the butter
  7. then add shrimp let cook for about 10 minutes
  8. Place chips on a baking pan
  9. add little shredded mozzarella
  10. add shrimp with one slice of japaleno pepper
  11. then add some more mozzarella
  12. place in oven for 350 degrees
  13. cook until cheese is melted
  14. then serve with :
  15. remaining ingredients:
  16. lettuce
  17. pico de gallo
  18. guacamole
  19. sour cream
  20. This is easy and soooo Good!!
