Ingredients
  • 1 Portobella Mushroom
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Pour the appropriate amount of olive oil in the small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the oregano, salt and pepper on top and whisk slightly.
  3. Slice the Portobella thickly from top to bottom perpendicular from how they would grow and line them along the sides of the bowl and lapping over each other.
  4. Sprinkle Cheese on top!
  5. Enjoy!
