Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse chicken and pat dry open the chicken and press down on the breast bone to flatten it
  • Place chicken in a large zip top bag
  • Place remaining ingredients into a blender and puree
  • Reserve 1 cup of marinade
  • Pour remaining marinade on the chicken and refrigerate over night (or at least 2 hours)
  • Place chicken bone side down over medium hot coals for 15 minutes turn and cook for 15 more minute or until juices run clear
  • Serve with the reserved marinade
  • Enjoy
