Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 8 bone-in chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Directions
  1. In a large Ziploc bag combine lime juice, vinegar, garlic, seasonings and chicken.
  2. Seal bag and turn occasionally to coat.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Discard marinade.
  5. Preheat oven to 375F.
  6. In a skillet, brown chicken on all sides in oil.
  7. Transfer to a 9x13-inch pan.
  8. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
