GARLIC LIME CHICKEN Recipe

How to make it

  • In a large Ziploc bag combine lime juice, vinegar, garlic, seasonings and chicken.
  • Seal bag and turn occasionally to coat.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Discard marinade.
  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • In a skillet, brown chicken on all sides in oil.
  • Transfer to a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
