Red Chile Paste

- 6 Dried red chili pepper, anchos or New Mexico shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbs olive oil shopping list
- 2 cups sourdough bread, torn shopping list
How to make it
- Boil red chili peppers in water 15 minutes. Remove stems and chop. For more heat, leave the seeds in.
- In a blender, combine chili peppers, red bell pepper, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin and salt. Chop for 30 seconds.
- After all is chopped, add vinegar and olive oil. Blend while adding bread pieces.
- This can be served on grilled corn or on a cracker.

This was awesome. The stuffing was so-so but on crackers and cheese it was incredible. I'm going to do a stuffing again but with the addition of homeade chourico mixed in with it. Awesome recipe!
