How to make it

  • Combine the first 10 ingredients in an airtight container or a resealable zip lock bag
  • Refrigerate for up to 1 hour
  • Add little salt and pepper to your flour
  • Lightly coat the wings in the flour mixture
  • Deep fry until golden brown, about 10 - 15 minutes
  • In a saucepan, melt 2- 3 Tbsp of butter
  • Add hot sauce until well mixed.
  • Coat your wings in sauce, set aside to allow sauce to absorb into the wings
