How to make it

  • cut pockets into your chicken breast as you do for stuffing them (in the thick side) being careful not to cut through.
  • stuff with two pieces of asparagus and with a generous portion of shredded cheese.
  • roll the chicken and tie with two pieces of butcher string one on the top and on on the bottom of the chicken breast, or hold together with two or three toothpicks.
  • sprinkle generously with lemonpepper (or your other favorite seasonings) and bake with open side up for 30-40 mins at 350 until juices run clear.
