How to make it

  • In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white chocolate squares, condensed milk and salt.
  • Remove from heat; stir in cookies.( and nuts ) if using them
  • Spread evenly into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
  • Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  • Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into 1-inch squares.
  • Store tightly covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.

    LOL - Love the picture of the little girl trying to shove all those cookies in her mouth......that's what I try to do. This fudge is probably soooo good and I'd try to eat ALL of it.
