  • Directions
  • In Medium pot, bring water and cream to a boil.
  • Stir in grits and lower heat to low/med.
  • Add butter and cook at a low simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened and creamy.
  • Add corn and green onions. ( I sometimes roast my corn kernels on the stove in a pan)
  • *If using quick cook golden grits, adjust time needed to cook.
  • These go well with fried or grilled fish, chicken, pork or turkey! Yummy!
