MOIST PUMPKIN MUFFINS

- 3 1/2 cups sifted flour shopping list
- 3 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 4 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 cup veg oil shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 2 cups mashed pumpkin shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together all of the dry ingredients.
- Then in a separate bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add the wet to the dry ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a well greased muffin pan
- *To give it a little kick try adding a half tsp of cayenne pepper to the batter before cooking* It doesn't change the taste, just gives it some unexpected zip
