Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sift together all of the dry ingredients.
  • Then in a separate bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the wet to the dry ingredients.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a well greased muffin pan
  • *To give it a little kick try adding a half tsp of cayenne pepper to the batter before cooking* It doesn't change the taste, just gives it some unexpected zip
