Pressed Muffaletta Sandwich

- For dressing shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed shopping list
- 1 C. green olives with pimiento chopped shopping list
- 1 C. ripe black olives chopped shopping list
- 1/2 C. roasted red peppers chopped shopping list
- 1/4 C pickled hot cherry peppers chopped shopping list
- 1 C. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3 T. fresh parsley chopped shopping list
- 3 T. white wine vinegar shopping list
- For sandwich shopping list
- I large loaf round Italian bread shopping list
- 1/3 Lb. genoa salami sliced thin shopping list
- 1/2 Lb. provolone sliced thin shopping list
- 1/3 Lb. mortadella sliced thin shopping list
- 1/3 lb. capocola sliced thin shopping list
How to make it
- Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients together the day before
- Slice the top off the bread and remove a good bit of the inside layer the salami mortadella and capocola add the dressing top with a layer of the cheese
- place top of bread back on
- wrap tightly with foil place a heavy plate on the top and place in fridge for at least 3 hours (overnight is better to bring the flavors together
- unwrap slice into wedges and serve
- Enjoy
