How to make it

  • Dice fruits small and tear basil leaves
  • add oil and vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
  • Roll goat cheese into balls, add to salad and gently toss.
  • This can also be served atop of a crusty white bread that has been broiled with butter and rubbed with garlic.
