Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 420ºF. Cover a baking sheet with tinfoil (shiny side down) and spray lightly with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
  • Place all ingredients (but not pasta sauce) in a large bowl and mix well. Make 2 inch meatballs and place on baking sheet, evenly spread apart. Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove and turn meatballs over. Cook for another 10-15 minutes depending on doneness.
  • Serve this with brown rice or whole wheat pasta and pasta sauce on top.

Oh pork is great to add to the recipe but then it doesn't stay as a low glycemic recipe.

This site is a bit confusing but I am getting used to it thanks! ;)

Nice. Try adding a little ground pork,if you wish. Makes them moist, but yours are good as is.
Welcome and ifyou need any help getting around, just whistle.
