Moms Pumpkin Pie

this is my mom's fabulous pumpkin pie.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C. pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 3/4/ C. condensed milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 C. + 2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended
- Pour into a prepared 9 in. pie pan with pie crust.
- Bake at 425 deg. for 45-55 minutes
- Test with a knife in the center- if it pulls out clean it is done
- Enjoy with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
