Mini Provolone Popovers

- 1 Cup whole milk shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 TBSP butter, melted and divided shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup finely chopped provelone shopping list
- 2 TBSP grated parmesan shopping list
- 1 1/2 TBSP chopped chives shopping list
How to make it
- Wisk together milk, eggs, flour, 1 TBSP butter, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in cheeses and chives.
- Chill and rest for an hour.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees with the rack in the upper third of the oven.
- Butter the muffin pan with remaining TBSP butter then heat in oven until butter sizzlez, about 2 minutes.
- Gently stir batter and divide among muffin cups, filling them 2/3 of the way.
- Bake until puffed and golden brown, 18-20 minutes.
