Ingredients
- 2 pounds genuine U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Spanish paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Pour melted margarine into baking pan. Combine Parmesan cheese, cornmeal, flour, pepper and paprika in a paper bag. Place farm-raised catfish fillets in bag and shake to coat each fillet. Place fish in baking dish, turning once to coat with butter. Sprinkle remaining cheese/cornmeal mixture over fish. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown and fish flakes when tested with a fork (approximately 10- 1 5 minutes).
