this is an easy recipe for the classic french dressing. it makes about 1 cup and it can stay good in the fridge for at least 1 week

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients together until smooth
  2. refrigerate until ready to use
