Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5.3 oz butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1.1 pound strawberries : )

Directions
  1. Separate egg whites from their yolks.
  2. Blend egg yolks with sugar and 1/2 tbsp vanilla powder.
  3. Add soft butter, flour, and baking powder.
  4. Mix well until crumbs are formed.
  5. Set 2 tablespoons of crumbs aside.
  6. Grease a baking or springform pan.
  7. Line the bottom with crumbed dough.
  8. Preheat oven to 355 degrees F and bake bottom of cake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Blend egg whites with lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp vanilla powder. DON'T WHIP.
  10. Take baking pan out of the oven. Arrange strawberries on the bottom of the cake.
  11. Sprinkle dough crumbs over and cover with the egg whites mixture.
  12. Bake for another ten minutes and enjoy!
