Slow Cooker Carrot Cake

A good Carrot Cake in a crock pot
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cups oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated carrots shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Beat together the eggs, sugar and oil. Combine the flour,baking soda, salt, vanilla and cinnamon and add to the sugar mixture and beat well. Stir in the carrots and nuts.Pour into a greased and floured Bread 'n Cake pan. Cover and place in the slow cooker. cover bake on High for 2 1/2 to 4 hours
