this one is a favorite amongst my guests...each one asks me to make it when they come!

Ingredients
  • dressing
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • salad
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 red pepper- cut in thin strips
  • 1/2 yellow pepper- cut in thin strips
  • 1 avacado, cubed
  • 1- 6 oz pckg slivered almonds
  • 1- 4 oz pckg pine nuts
  • 1- 6 oz pckg terra chips

Directions
  1. combine the dressing ingredients in a small jar and refrigerat until ready to use
  2. toss together the salad ingredients (not the terra chips)
  3. pour dressing (slowly, only use as much as needed)
  4. crumble the terra chips ontop
  5. ENJOY

I didn't know anyone else but me knew terra chips existed!!! They are pricey, but I love them! I will try this soon.
