Chimichurri Red Wine Marinade Recipe

How to make it

  • I used a commecial jarred chimichurri sauce. There some fabulous recipes right here at grouprecipes.com to make up your own.
  • Drop 3 tablespoons of chimichurri sauce into cup with the water and wine and mix well.
  • Pour on meat and let marinate work its magic for at least four hours before cooking.
