How to make it

  • Bring raspberries, lemon juice and sugar to a boil and let it cook for about 30 minutes.
  • Put the mixture in a very fine sieve and let the juices run into a tin under the sieve.
  • With a whisk mix the raspberry juice, vinegar, olive oil and salt. (Whisk for 5 minutes)
