Raspberry Vinagrette Dressing

- 2 pounds raspberries (can be frozen, just have to be thawed before) shopping list
- 6 tbsp cider vinegar shopping list
- 12 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Bring raspberries, lemon juice and sugar to a boil and let it cook for about 30 minutes.
- Put the mixture in a very fine sieve and let the juices run into a tin under the sieve.
- With a whisk mix the raspberry juice, vinegar, olive oil and salt. (Whisk for 5 minutes)
