- 1 cup cold water shopping list
- 1 cup cold milk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt (for savory) or 1/2 cup sugar (for sweet) shopping list
- 4 tbsp melted butter shopping list
- flat iron pan shopping list
- spoons or rubber scrapers shopping list
- Ladle shopping list
How to make it
- Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute. Add oil or butter to a skillet, and heat until nearly smoking. Remove pan from heat holding in one hand, in the other ladle on 1/4 cup of batter and tilt the pan until covered. Spoon off any excess. Return to heat about 60 seconds or until light brown. Peel up the edges and flip using spoons or a rubber scraper. The bottom side should be spotted brown. This is the inside of the crêpe. Remove, let cool and add toppings!
