A spin on sheperds pie Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • dice carrots and onions into half inch chunks
  • cook in oil till onions are transparent
  • add beef to skillet and cook till brown and carrots are soft
  • peel and boil potatoes
  • make gravy according to directions on pack
  • mix the gravy with beef mixture
  • add salt and pepper
  • mash potatoes bot leave a little cunky
  • ad butter/margarine and milk
  • put beef mix into a 2 quart casarole and top with potatoes
  • top with cheese
  • bake in 400F oven until golden
