chived yorkshire puddings

- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 C milk shopping list
- 1 C flour shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2T. finely chopped chives shopping list
- 1/4 C vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- 450 degree oven
- beat together eggs and milk. stir in flour, 1/2 t salt
- gently stir in chives.
- let stand at room temp for 30 min.
- brush 2 6-cup jumbo muffin pans, or 12 8 oz ramekins set on a baking sheet, with the oil. Put in oven till hot, about 5min.
- put muffin pans on heatproof surface and, working quickly, add1/4 C batter to cups.
- bake until puffed and golden brown, about 15-17 min.
- run a knife around to loosen serve immediatly
- great with gravy over .
