Corn Casserole

This dish puts a spin on typical cornbread.
Ingredients
- • 1 can regular corn-drained shopping list
- • 1 can creamed corn shopping list
- • 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- • 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- • 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- • 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix shopping list
- • 1 stick butter or margarine-melted shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Mix all together, spray your pan (cake size) and bake @ 350 for 45 to 60 min.
- 2. Check the middle at 45 min and if solid take out, if not bake for 15 more min.
