Fish Seafood Marinade 3 Variations

- Version one shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion, grated (like a mush) shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger, fresh grated (like mush) shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper freshly ground shopping list
- Version two shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 cup lemon juice, (fresh squeezed from 3?) shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup dill, fresh snipped (thyme is great substitute) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 garlic clove (minced, optional) shopping list
- Version 3: shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil (canola, olive, flavored, mix) shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine (or brandy) shopping list
- 1 tsp shredded lime peel. shopping list
- 2 tbsp lime juice (fresh) shopping list
- 1 tbsp capers, drained shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves (minced) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine marinade mix match use what you have. Place fillets, shrimp, scallops in plastic bag. Marinade for up to 12 hours. Longer the marinade the stronger the resulting taste. Be careful of long marinades in citrus.
- Grill over indirect heat until done to your liking.
