How to make it

  • put tomatoes with juice in stockpot - breaking up tomatoes
  • in large cast iron skillet brown ground chuck - put in pot
  • add butter to skillet - saute onion til softened
  • add poblano, jalabeno, celery, garlic, fish sauce saute til softened - put all in pot
  • add chile powder,cumin ,white pepper, haberano to pot
  • simmer 45 minutes or so
  • REMOVE HABERANO (you will loose friends if you don't)
  • adjust seasoning
  • that's the dish
