How to make it

  • Blend the cream cheese, salmon, horseradish, lemon juice and seasoning in a processor or blender until smooth.
  • Blend the chopped chives thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture into a ramekin.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with lemon and a side dish of capers.
  • Serve with buttered brown bread cut into chunks or slices.
