These are my daughter's favorite cookie...SO simple and yummy! I can't make them fast enough,the family starts grabbing them before they are set.Okay,I want some of these right now!
Ingredients
- 1 large bag of Oreos (regular flavor) shopping list
- 1 bag of Ghiardelli brand mint flavored morsels shopping list
- assorted sprinkles to decorate shopping list
How to make it
- Place mint chips into double boiler over medium and melt until nice and creamy.
- Dip Oreos into melted chips,tap excess off and place on cookie sheet lined with waxpaper.
- Sprinkle with assorted sugars.
- Pop into freezer to set for approx.10-12 minutes.
- *1 bag of chips will coat 80% of a bag of Oreos.
- OMG YUMMMMMMYYY!!!!!!
