CORN CHIP SALAD

this is delicious. It is crunchy side along any meat
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen corn shopping list
- 1 can corn, drained shopping list
- 1 pepper chopped in bitesize pieces shopping list
- 1 cup celery chopped in bitesize pieces shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- frito corn chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cook frozen corn in a dry skillet to slightly char.
- Cool.
- Mix all the ingredients except the chips together.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Add the chips just Prior serving otherwise the chips will get soggy
