How to make it
- Be sure that cheese is warm, room temp is fine.
- Chop up the meat into 1/3 inch pieces.
- Toss meat and onion greens in to a bowl.
- Add worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
- Add cheese.
- Mix well.
- Form into a ball.
- Put into the fridge and get really cold for the big day.
- Serve with crackers.
