How to make it

  • Be sure that cheese is warm, room temp is fine.
  • Chop up the meat into 1/3 inch pieces.
  • Toss meat and onion greens in to a bowl.
  • Add worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke.
  • Add cheese.
  • Mix well.
  • Form into a ball.
  • Put into the fridge and get really cold for the big day.
  • Serve with crackers.
