ORANGE-GINGER CARROTS

- Ingredients: shopping list
- Non-stick cooking spray shopping list
- 1 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine shopping list
- 1 pound carrots scraped and thinly sliced in matchstick-cut shopping list
- 2 Tbs. orange juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. Granulated brown sugar substitute ( Twins or Splendar brown sugar ) shopping list
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- ¼ tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Coat a large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add margarine; place over medium heat until margarine melts. Add carrots; saute until crisp-tender.
- Add orange juice and the remaining 5 ingredients; cook over medium-low heat 8-10 minutes or until carrot is tender, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a serving platter.
- Serving size: ½ cup
