- INGREDIENTS: shopping list
- 1 pound crab claws, peeled shopping list
- ½ cup olive oil shopping list
- ½ cup water shopping list
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbs lemon juice shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp horseradish shopping list
- ¼ cup sliced green onions shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped parsley shopping list
- 3 tbs low-sodium worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tbs fresh thyme shopping list
- 1 tbs fresh basil shopping list
- salt substitute to taste shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- Louisiana Gold pepper sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- METHOD:
- In a large glass mixing bowl, add olive oil, water, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, horseradish, green onions, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Using a wire whisk, whip until all ingredients are well blended. Add herbs and season to taste using salt substitute, pepper and Louisiana Gold. Add crab claws and coat well with seasoning mixture. Cover with clear wrap and refrigerate overnight. Refrigerate overnight.
