  • Peel and chop potatoes, combine with water or stock; cook 20 min. until tender. Remove potatoes save liquid. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or sieve and return to liquid. Add salt and pepper, simmer 20 min. Wash kale; discarding tough leaves and cut to shreds. Add to potatoes cook for 25 min. Cut sausage diagonally add to soup simmer 5 min. Enjoy!
