How to make it

  • Combined Flour, baking soda, salt, Ginger, Cinnamon and Cloves in medium bowl and set aside.
  • Beat butter ,Stevia extract and 1/4 cup sugar in a large bowl with mixer at medium high speed untill well mixed
  • Beat in Egg and Corn Syrup untill smooth Stir in Flour Mixture
  • Chill dough 1-2 hours till easy to handle
  • Shape dough into 1 inch balls roll in 1/2 to 1/3 cup sugar Place balls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees fo 7=10 minutes or till edges are golden cool on wir racks{to speed chilling place dough in freezer for 15-30 miinutes{double this recipe to feed a crowd.}

    These look good! Will make them up and send them to my Official Guinea Pigs (okay, but "taste testers" just seems too bland): my husband's platoon in Iraq! :) Thanks!!

    Oh Okay!

    If I have to!! :o)

    There is some sugar and corn syrup...I see

    ~So~

    I would'nt throw myself on the floor and pitch a fit...cause I can't clean out the sugar canister on this one.

    Never used Stevia in baking...just sometimes in tea...think I will give this a try.
