How to make it
- Place pork loin in a large roasting pan, preferably with a lid. Surrond with potatoes, washed and cut into wedges, carrots scrubbed and sliced, and an onion roughly cut. Season to taste with salt or garlic salt, pepper. I am going to use a French Onion dried soup to sprinkle over mine today because that is what I have on hand. Any soup you prefer will be good. Dry soup needs to have some water added to make a little broth. I also like to use Golden Onion soup in a can.
- Cover and bake for about an hour. Then slice the pork loin and serve with rice to put the vegetables and broth over.
