  • 1Wash and dry duckling.
  • 2Combine remaining ingredients and brush inside and out over duckling; let stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • 3Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 4Roast for 2 hours, turning and basting with drippings occasionally.
