How to make it

  • Spray an appropriate 4 cup mold with Pam
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and tuna.
  • Add lemon juice, olives, walnuts, salt, dry mustard, pepper, and thyme and stir well.
  • Place in mold and refrigerate.
  • Unmold onto a serving plate.
  • Decorate with garlands of small parsley leaves and small pieces of red and green pepper.
