Ingredients

How to make it

  • Freeze Brie 30 minutes til firm
  • Slice Brie in half horizontally
  • Combine butter, cherries, pecans & thyme
  • Evenly spread mixture on one round of Brie, cut side up
  • Top with other piece of Brie, cut side down
  • Lightly press together. Wrap in plastic wrap
  • Refrigerate 1 - 2 hours
  • To serve, bring to room termperature
