How to make it

  • Make a small slit in the habanero.
  • Insert habanero in bottle of vermouth.
  • Allow it to sit for at least a week before using.
  • Use as you would normal vermouth; personally I like making an ice cold very dry martini with it. Since the capsaicin is alcohol soluble you'll get a nice warmth on the tail end of your ice cold martini.
