- 1 fifth of dry vermouth shopping list
- 1 ripe habanero (two if you really hate your mouth) shopping list
How to make it
- Make a small slit in the habanero.
- Insert habanero in bottle of vermouth.
- Allow it to sit for at least a week before using.
- Use as you would normal vermouth; personally I like making an ice cold very dry martini with it. Since the capsaicin is alcohol soluble you'll get a nice warmth on the tail end of your ice cold martini.
