    This a permanent staple in the house for sure!! We eat alot of chicken and fish!! Perfect!!! Can I use canned pineapple in winter time? Hoope so! HIGH FIVE FORKS!!!

    sounds amazing!! I make a tropical fruit salsa with similar ingredients, sans the coconut, and I love it. I'm sure the coconut would be a great addition ... with the snow sitting on my deck this recipe is surely reminding me of summer!
