How to make it

  • In a large skillet on medium-high heat, saute bacon pieces in olive oil until browned. Add onion and garlic and cook util soft, about 2 minutes. Add corn and saute about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring just to a boil, then turn the heat down to med-low and simmer until thickened, about 15-20 minutes. Add butter and stir until melted. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

    You don't have to wait!! but unlike Thanksgiving when you have traditonal meal every year on that day, Christmas has old favorite.but people like to try new ideas, so calling these Christmas Corn or whatever is a great things!
