Lemon Bars

- Crust: shopping list
- 1/2 C butter shopping list
- 1 C flour shopping list
- 1/4 C powdered sugar shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 – 3 TBS lemon juice shopping list
- zest from 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 C sugar shopping list
- 2 TBS flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 eggs, well beaten, fluffy shopping list
How to make it
- Cut butter into flour and sugar until mixture is coarse meal texture. Pat in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Mix juice, rind, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Fold in eggs. Pour over baked crust and bake 25 minutes. Cut while warm. Generously dust with powdered sugar.
